- Vonage needed a new way to engage prospects on their website
- They also wanted a tool that the sales team could use
- Any leads generated had to be tracked properly
- The widget would include two ebooks to help their small business audience with tips on running their business.
- We also created three animated videos to show prospects how easy the Vonage system was to use, and how it would adapt to the way they run their business.
- The primary feature included a price comparison screen that would accurately simulate the cost of a VoIP system with Vonage compared to British Telephone. The comparison tool gives the user several ways to control and optimize their plan based on their need.
- We integrated every lead generation point into Vonage’s Hubspot account and used smart fields for the forms. We were also able to pass any data from the pricing tool through as a hidden field.
- We used Mixpanel to track over 20 different events, or visitor actions, within the application so we could see how users engaged with the app.
- We used Wistia to track each video to get deeper analytics, and have the ability to connect turnstiles to their Hubspot account.
