The San Antonio Parks Foundation website required an overhaul to better align with the organization’s focus on events, and raising funds for park projects. The foundation also manages the Japanese Tea Gardens, and we customized the ability to purchase photo permits on the website, as well as donate to the organization or specific park projects. Event Management
When you arrive at the site you are welcomed with the next event hosted by the foundation. You can easily get to a page with more information, or to purchase tickets.
Projects & Donations
You will notice a Kickstarter-like feature on the site where you can donate to specific projects. We show the amount needed for the project, and what percentage of the project has been funded. Now the foundation is able to accept monthly recurring credit card donations, where before they had to rely on checks in the mail.
Vendor Registration
We built a better vendor registration and payment system to streamline this organization’s small staff. Every event requires vendors to register and pay for a permit and before this was a very manual process.
