This piece in the lead generation series was more deliberate about selling the prospect on VoIP. In the UK, small business is still reliant on land lines and are not educated on how VoIP can be more effective, and cheaper than land lines. In fact, part of the purpose of this piece is to debunk several myths about VoIP and its nature to be unreliable, and inability to integrate with mobile.
We again took data directly from Vonage UK and were able to pinpoint some of the most popular pain points to use. We used a similar layout, look and feel as the other ebook, and paid particular attention to the photography to match the personas that Vonage UK was targeting.
