Need

Vonage is looking to educate buyers at the top of the funnel, but also wants to be a resource for helpful tools and tips for small businesses – their target market. This particular piece is part of a series that was used in a lead generation application, and gives small businesses useful ideas on how to be more efficient and save money without selling them the idea of Vonage voice over IP directly.

Solution

Our content team first created the outline of 10 useful tips by researching client-provided data from SalesForce, Net Promoter Score surveys and other information to gather ideas on what kinds of questions small business clients were asking. We also curated other content to find trends in small business – such as co-working – to add to the piece. Our creative team then applied the design and layout sticking to the brand guidelines of Vonage UK.
