The Gordon Hartman Family Foundation needed a website overhaul, as well as our Applicant Management System for their foundation to easily track funding applications. Some of the features include:
Automatic Apply Now
Once the foundation opens the funding cycle, the homepage automatically updates by showing an “Apply Now” button. After the cycle is closed, the button will automatically disappear, eliminating the need to remember to remove it, and get applications outside of the funding cycle.
Automatic Monthly Reports
On the first of every month, the foundation receives a report of what applicants applied, which are still pending, and the requested amount for each applicant.
Custom Event RSVP
The foundation needed a much easier way to track their annual events, and so we built some customizations around how they wanted to manage that process.
