Google Algorithm Update For Multilingual Titles

Google has announced an update that will be capable of handling multilingual page titles that were previously a challenge for search engines to cope with.

Previously the pages with titles in different languages than the original script were displayed as it is in the search results, but now with the Google algorithm update, they will be displayed in the same language as the main content. This is so because Google will rewrite the titles in the same language as the main content.

This update is also applicable to transliterated titles i.e when content is written from one language into a different language that uses a different script or alphabet. In this case, the language will be the same but will be considered different from the main content and will be rewritten by Google.
