We can research industry terms, but may not have the industry insight to know what clients might be searching for if it is a specific item, general term, slang term, etc.

Does the Client have an Existing AdWords Account?
If yes, input 10-digit account number. Go into the Pear MCC account and link a new account using this number. Ask the client to go to the Account Access tab and approve Pear (or Ryan Kelly, as it sometimes shows up) as a manager of the account. If they do not have an account, use the generic GMail account set-up above to create their AdWords account.

Ask client to add their credit card if it isn't in the account already, have them give us credit card information to add for them, or ask for this after their AdWords account is created.
Are there Specific Keywords/Areas of the Business the Client would like to focus on for the PPC Campaign?
Is there a certain part of the business that is better suited for paid search? Determine the geographic focus of the campaign. Determine if targeting competitor's brand names is something they would be comfortable with, if this is applicable in their industry. Explain that we will generate 3-5 keyword "themes" or "families" to target the website with.
Call Tracking Checklist

What is the call tracking going to be used to track?
Are we only using this for PPC, for Organic search, both? Do they have other offline channels they want to use this service for (i.e. radio, TV, print ads)? [this should have been discussed during the sales process, if normal call tracking booster was purchased, it only includes one number]
What # does the Client Want Calls to be Forwarded to?
Whisper Message & Call Recording Functions
Determine if the client would like to have both the whisper message (which whoever is answering the destination number would hear before the call is connected as "Potential New Client from Pear Analytics") and the recording message (which the caller would hear as "This call may be recorded for quality assurance") turned on, one or the other turned on, or have both of these turned off.
Ad Retargeting Checklist

Is there a Specific Offer the Client Would Like to Advertise on the Banner Ads?
Explain that an offer will help to convert more leads, but it could also just be used as a general branding exercise to keep their brand top of mind in a long sales process. Ensure the client has an internal process to handle an offer if they use one.
